About Angie Grootboom

I was born in Knysna and lived here my entire life. After completing High School I started working at Cape Union Mart for 2 years in retail sales. I then moved on to work at Russells Furniture as a financial manager where I worked for 9 years. Russells Furniture closed down and I proceeded to work at House of Classic and Sports cars in Main Road Knysna, where I was involved in office duties, sales, ordering of parts and everything pertaining to the daily admin in and around the office. I continued to work for the same owners in various retail outlets within Knysna and recently decided to join the property market, in addition to my daily retail job. I see this as a good opportunity to better myself and to use my extensive knowledge of the people and the town of Knysna and surrounding areas, having lived here my entire life. Even though I have an extremely busy work schedule my most important job is being the mother of my teenage daughter. Due to my busy schedule my favourite thing to do in my off time, is to relax and spend time with my daughter, who is also my best friend.
